Eligibility

This competition is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 and over, excluding employees of TCS Brands and their immediate families, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.

No purchase necessary to enter or win.

To enter the competition, participants must share their story in the post comments & like @electroeez Facebook page by 12 August 2024 – 11:59pm.

Entrants must have a valid email address. Only one entry per person is permitted.

Prize

The prize is a R1000 Takealot Digital Gift Voucher.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by TCS Brands and/or its agents.

The winner will be notified by Facebook Messenger/Instagram/Email within 3 days of the closing date.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Prize Delivery

The prize will be emailed to the winner at the email address provided during the claim process.

TCS Brands will not be responsible for any prizes that are lost, damaged, or delayed in the mail.

Publicity

By entering this competition, the participant agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Data Protection

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

General

TCS Brands reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.

Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by TCS Brands.

TCS Brands decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Acceptance of Terms

By participating in this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Governing Law

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by South African law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
